At the core of 1% is a simple hook - can you roll 00? The chance is 1%, but the better you do during the game, the more your odds increase.
TWO PHASES
Each round has two phases:
Play Phase: Take turns using colourful suits to increase the bid… until someone calls. Players who were correct go again, until only one remains.
Reward Phase: The winning player collects numbers that boost their odds and then rolls the dice to try for a win.
